Rebroadcast of our April 2009 interview with Sue Hoger. The Resource Center for Accessible Living (RCAL) is a 25 year old agency in Kingston NY that serves the needs of people with disabilities. Executive Director Sue Hoger explains the philosophy of Independent Living and vividly describes the many programs and services that RCAL provides.
