Posted on 04 May 2011

Julie talks with Be the Change co-host Amy Shoko Brown about Amy’s work with helping people Be the Change that they want to see in the world. Amy helps people release negative conditioning patterns, learned over time and/or reinforced by overwhelming events, opening up new possibilities for growth and change. Amy also talked about trauma first-aid – how to listen to the wisdom of the body when surprising and painful events happen suddenly, so that the fright of the event is released and the BodyMind heals more quickly, with the greatest support.
