For six weeks, in collaboration with the <a href="http://www.childrensmediaproject.org/">Children&#8217;s Media Project</a> and Radio Uprising, the Project ABLE group learned how to create a radio show, episodes of which aired on <a href="http://wvkr.org/">WVKR</a> from 4 to 5 pm on six Thursdays. Last fall, in response to the rash of teen suicides that made the headlines (and all the others that didn&#8217;t make the headlines) she organized a rally in Beacon in support of our youth. Zara Ansell is the outreach coordinator at the <a href="http://www.lgbtqcenter.org/">Hudson Valley <abbr title="lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning">LGBTQ</abbr> Center</a> in Kingston. Both women speak about the ongoing need for community support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LBGTQ) youth.</p>
